Copyright Policy

You may only post photos and content that you own or have permission to use. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

If you believe content on OutSlife infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@outslife.com that includes:

• Your contact information (name, email, and address).
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A link to or description of where the infringing content appears on OutSlife.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@outslife.com including your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
