You must be at least 13 years old to use OutSlife. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you post. By posting, you grant OutSlife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful or infringing.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Use bots, scraping or automated means to abuse the service.
• Spam, distribute malware, or otherwise disrupt the service or other users.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may stop using OutSlife and delete your account at any time.

OutSlife and its logos, design and software are owned by OutSlife and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

OutSlife is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutSlife will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
